Welcome to our world of culinary excellence and exceptional service! We’re Jordan Economy and Tia Stone, a husband-and-wife team now based in Santa Rosa Beach in the beautiful Florida Panhandle. With a shared passion for creating unforgettable experiences through food and drink, we’re excited to bring our talents to this vibrant coastal community.
Chef Jordan grew up in the heart of New Orleans, a city renowned for its rich culinary culture. Growing up in the French Quarter gave him a unique perspective on food—an appreciation for not only the iconic flavors of New Orleans but for global cuisine as a whole. This exposure inspired him to explore and master an extensive range of culinary styles from around the world, including Korean, Vietnamese, French, Spanish, Japanese, Indian, African, Greek, Moroccan, and Mediterranean cuisines.
Over the course of his 30-year career, Jordan has made his mark in major culinary cities, including Houston, where he served as Executive Chef & Culinary Director at Salt & Time, Dak & Bop, and Travelers Table. He also worked as Chef de Cuisine at Doris Metropolitan and Executive Chef at Rudyards, Prohibition Supperclub & Bar, and 8th Wonder Brewery. His experience spans everything from running high-end kitchens to consulting with restaurant owners nationwide. In addition to his culinary accolades, Chef Jordan has appeared twice on the Food Network and continues to share his expertise through menu development and staff training. Jordan has also hosted numerous private dinners for celebrities and musicians such as Alt-J, The Black Keys, The Houston Texans and more.
Jordan’s diverse training and his love for blending tradition with innovation are at the core of his cooking philosophy. Whether preparing Mediterranean delicacies or crafting Southern comfort food, his dishes reflect his lifelong dedication to high-quality ingredients, bold flavors, and unforgettable dining experiences.
Tia grew up in Houston, Texas, where her love for the hospitality industry took root. Over the last 18 years, she has worked in a variety of roles, with a particular focus on bartending. Tia has had the privilege of working at some of the city’s most acclaimed bars and award-winning cocktail programs, where she honed her craft in mixology and developed a deep knowledge of spirits. Her experience in these high-end, innovative settings has given her a sharp eye for creating balanced, unique cocktails that are tailored to the tastes and preferences of every guest. Whether it's a classic favorite or a custom signature drink, Tia’s cocktails are always crafted with creativity, precision, and care. Tia has also provided private bartending services for numerous touring artists, including The Deftones, Portugal. The Man, Turnpike Troubadours, Tyler Childers and more.
